The last quiz night of 2024 was another capacity event with “Welburn Wanderers” team taking the first prize with an impressive 62 out of 70 maximum points
Second place went to “Densa” a team, which included the Rector, and they managed nine out of the ten music questions answered correctly
Third place went to “Autumn Leaves” an all Bulmer team who was only 3 points behind second place with a respectable 55 points
A visiting team from Scarborough won our cash prize for the high/low game which hopefully paid for the petrol to get them home!
Because of upgrades to the Village Hall the planned February quiz has now been put on hold and a new date will be advertised in due course
